Registration Fees

Cost is a real issue when attending conferences. At Advarra, we take your costs and our costs seriously when organizing Onsemble Conferences. We believe that providing these opportunities for you to collaborate face-to-face is important for all of us. We don’t hold Onsemble Conferences to make money. Instead, we subsidize over 50% of the conference registration costs, with the remainder coming from your conference registration fees.

With in-person registration rates beginning at $850, we are confident Onsemble will be a valuable experience for you and your team members. Registration fees include access to pre-conference workshops, educational sessions, and the following networking events and meals: daily breakfasts and lunches, Tuesday evening’s dinner reception, Wednesday evening’s happy hour, and Thursday evening’s dinner.

Registration Add-Ons, Cancellations, and Substitutions 

Coverage Analysis Certification™: This workshop is a separate/additional fee from the Onsemble Conference registration fee. 

Cancellations: Any registrations cancelled by September 13, 2021 will be refunded, minus a $50 (US) processing fee.

Substitutions: Substitutions are allowed. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. Name change substitutions are free of charge, but can only be processed between attendees from the same organization.
