Registration Fees
This year we are offering two types of registration formats. Depending on the registration format you choose, available sessions will vary. Below is a description for each:
In-Person = Access to sessions onsite at venue, including meals and networking events. Additionally, on-demand access following the conference to general and breakout sessions.
On-Demand Only = On-demand access after the conference to general sessions and breakout sessions. Session recordings will be available for viewing post conference. There will be NO live streaming.
(Pre-conference workshops on Monday will not be available on-demand for any attendee.)

Registration Add-Ons, Cancellations, and Substitutions
Cancellations: Any registrations cancelled by April 1, 2025 will be refunded, minus a $50 (US) processing fee.
Substitutions: Substitutions are allowed. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. Name change substitutions are free of charge, but can only be processed between attendees from the same organization.
