Attendees who stay a minimum of three (3) consecutive nights at the Lowe’s Portofino Bay Hotel will receive a refund equal to 50% of their conference registration fee. Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Refunds will be processed after the conference once the hotel stay has been verified.
Cancellations: Any registrations cancelled by April 1, 2026 will be refunded, minus a $50 (US) processing fee.
Substitutions: Substitutions are allowed. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. Name change substitutions are free of charge, but can only be processed between attendees from the same organization.
