Registration Details
This year we are offering two types of registration formats. Depending on the registration format you choose, available sessions will vary.
Register now to take advantage of lower rates. Early bird cutoff is April 4. Please contact us if your organization would like to attend at the group rate.
In-person
Access to sessions onsite at venue, including meals and networking events. Additionally, on-demand access following the conference to general and breakout sessions.
On-demand Only
On-demand (recorded) access to both to general sessions and breakout sessions will be available within one week after the conference ends. There will be no live streaming, and pre-conference workshops on Monday will not be available on-demand.
Add-ons, Cancellations, and Substitutions
Cancellations: Any registrations cancelled by April 1, 2025 will be refunded, minus a $50 (US) processing fee.
Substitutions: Substitutions are allowed. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. Name change substitutions are free of charge but can only be processed between attendees from the same organization.
